Trainings are a non-formal, group method that help multilevel learning: besides improving knowledge they provide opportunity for skills development and raising awareness as well. At our trainings we put a great emphasis on the combination of learning through experience, practical approach and an attitude that assists and supports the process.
The greatest advantage of workshops is that the participants get a taste of a given topic, an opportunity to start working with something in the long run. We think this is important because the encounter with a given topic could not be a real experience otherwise.
COUNSELLING (COACHING, SUPERVISION)
During counselling we provide opportunity for leadership- and professional personality development tailored for individual needs. We regard counselling as a shared process of creation where we provide support for the participant to achieve their individual learning goals, expanding their personal fields of competence. Counselling can be used well for enhancing confidence in leadership roles as well as increasing managerial performance.
An occasion dealing with a concrete organizational problem with the participation of several organizations, transferring practical knowledge and solving problems that have arisen.
SERVICE DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
Guided workshop with a group where we work on creating and developing the services customized to local needs. This form of work can be accompanied by professional/management consulting.
In developing professional material, our main goal besides transmitting the basic professional and practical knowledge is to inspire for thinking, converting the learned knowledge into practice. We regularly work with professional innovation whose results we also use in our development. Following our trainings we usually make a synthesis of the realized group work, sending these to the participants both in an electronic and printed form.
